A collapsed section of a lava tunnel in the Chyulu Hills

When the volcano erupted lava flowed down the mountain. The cooler outside of the lava flow, hardens creating a crust, while the hotter inside continues to flow with hot molten lava. When the eruption end a tunnel is left. The roof has collapsed on this section of the lava tunnel.
