What You Could Buy Back Then

Before I got to the Doo Dah Parade staging area, I stopped at a Carl's Jr. on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena for breakfast. And that was because it was apparently too early for Subway to open. This sign was right above the booth where I was seated. I don't know what year this was supposed to be, but one could get a lot to eat for less than a dollar.
