Pickled beets, pickled matchstick carrots, marcona almonds, olives, and country-style mustard as accomaniments (and grilled bread).

 

I don't remember all the meat--there's jamon serrano, chorizo, something with duck, something with bison, something with beef, all the rest of the meats were pork, but the thing in the middle was like a pate de campagne made with chicken, dried apricots, etc.
