Herring Boat Sunrise

The San Francisco Bay at sunrise, taken from Sausalito. I think that's a herring boat in the background (with the Bay Bridge in the distant background). And I know next to nothing about birds, but towards the bottom of the shot I think that's a cormorant drying its wings.
