HOME DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, WV has suffered from severe economic problems for generations so the last truck I expected to see on one of its rural roads was one on a home delivery run of meat products.

 

I knew this driver had to be aware of the unforgiving steep incline and the STOP sign at the bottom of this stretch but I still crossed my fingers for him.
