Sunstreaker is here to... dry your hair?
I'm almost done collecting these Transformers. There's only a few left that I really want, and Sunstreaker was high on that list. Unfortunately I either ordered some when I was half asleep or something else went wrong, because I ended up with three of them. Originally I just wanted one for my daughter, but now everybody gets one!
I've been mostly pleased, but the quality has been all over the place. I got roped into this WFC line with the fantastic Hound, and some have been of that high quality, like Jetfire and the recent Optimus Prime. But others, not so much. Sunstreaker is one such. The yellow on his chest is noticeably and loudly different from the rest of the yellow. The chest also doesn't quite fit into its pegs in alt mode, making it look weird.
It's also been annoyingly hard to find some of the bots (like the second round of Seekers), and I've come to find out that Hasbro intentionally does that. I find that appalling, and unless I see something really outstanding, I'm going to intentionally avoid sending them money.
Still, it's been fun collecting stuff that was basically unattainable in my childhood, and Transformers are kind of like puzzles that you can take out and solve quickly and repeatedly.
