Last of the Sheep

This is a photo from the fall. I am posting this because the lovely woman who allowed the sheep on her property has died and the sheep have been moved. She was funny and brilliant and a good friend for ten years. She was ninety-nine years old. I hope that her land can remain as a pasture.

The ewe is looking towards her house. (In memory of Mary W..).
