A number of Riva staff members flew to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in October to take part in Riva's annual Company Kick-off and Planning Sessions.
These sessions usher in the new fiscal year and allow staff who work remotely to get a chance to work together collaboratively for a week in Riva's headquarters.
