Sunday's lunch at home.

 

Other than the masa dough, all that I used to make these sopes was leftovers from this past week's cooking.

Carne (beef) en Salsa de Molcajete

Butter Lettuce

Cotija cheese (a staple at home)

Red onions

Radishes
