Russell's Viper (Daboia siamensis , Chinese Name: 圓斑蝰 means Circle-patterned Viper) is a member of the big four snakes in India which causes the most snakebite incidents and deaths among all venomous snakes in Asia. They are mostly found in open, grassy areas, but may also be found in secondary forests, farmlands and hills of suitable habitat.
