Good night, Mr. Snake

We had an unexpected power outage this past week when a rat snake decided to climb the telephone pole and make the wrong contact. The transformer fuse was blown and the snake got electrocuted. I've never seen a snake climb a telephone pole before. The sad part is that it was a rat snake, which isn't poisonous and they kill pests.
