The Eavesdropper Metal Hallway Table
The inspiration for this piece came to me when I lived in a loft on Irving Park. The people on the floor below me would have the best fights and I would tip-toe across the diagonal wood floor and listen to them through the floor vents. Not to eavesdrop, of course, but to see if I could learn some new words! This brushed steel table is a tribute to apartment living, where your neighbors don’t know your name but they all know your business.
• Recycled round heating grate inlay
• Diagonal “hardwood floor” top
• Brushed steel finish
• 34” h X 36” w X 12” d
