To most of you this is the post of a kitten crawling or learning to crawl outta my boots.
To my brother; it’s the miracle of HOPE-RENEWAL!
After losing his favorite working-riding mare of many years (If you’ve never ridden a horse, experience the life of riding an early morning just because; or watching a sunrise-sunset while horseback riding; this means Doodley-squat or very little) losing his best breeding bull ever and his faithful Aussie roundup companion of many years he was beginning to act a little downhearted which is completely against his persona.
Out of nowhere comes a mama cat who just happen to be at his back door when my brother was ready to go out one early morning…he could tell ya the story so much better; I know it made me cry!
The rest of the story (as Paul Harvey would say) I can’t relate because it is truly my brother's story. When he saw this little feller playing; trying to crawl alongside my jeans while I was walking to his house this morning…I saw a different face! His face was lit as I have not seen in quite a while!
