Chartiers Restaurant Paris
We accidentally stumbled across this restaurant on the way back to our hotel. We just stepped straight in and eat. As we passed by that evening there was a huge queue to eat snaking down the alley and onto the street. We counted ourselves lucky to have been able to get in so easily. It dates from 1895 I think. What a find. Go there and eat it is brilliant. It was also very cheap. Fantastic value. This is the main dining room. You can see the wonderful hat racks and the fantastic glass ceiling.
