Avebury Manor 2/2

I have recently become a Volunteer Room Guide for this fabulous Manor House.

It belongs to the National Trust.

Avebury Manor has notable Queen Anne alterations and Edwardian renovation, the present buildings of the house date from the early 16th century. Ancient walls and clipped box hedges contain the 'rooms' of the garden, where splendid topiary and tranquil space provided inspiration .
