Chicken flute from Miss Maud
This is a relatively new product from the Miss Maud bakery. It's called a Chicken Flute, and is a long, crispy mini baguette filled with roast chicken and lashings of Miss Maud's own mayonaise. I've become addicted to these - they are my little Saturday snacky treat. I had one for breakfast this morning. They are about three times the length of what you see in the picture here. You can also buy Turkey Flute (with cranberry sauce) and Smoked Salmon Flute (with dill mustard sauce).
