The Town is committed to providing quality services to residents and businesses in the Town of Richmond Hill and what better way to do that than create a central point of contact for people to access a wide range of services. The Town's one-window contact centre, Access Richmond Hill, responds to general inquiries and concerns, processes applications, permits, work orders, program registration and completes payments, all at one location. Service is provided whether the inquiry comes via the telephone, walk-in or general e-mail.
Access Richmond Hill is located on the ground floor (north side) of the Town's main Municipal Offices at 225 East Beaver Creek Road.
