Steam in Winter..

LMS 8F working hard on a train of hopper wagons passing the old Buxworth station, in the mid-60s.. The cold day provides excellent smoke and steam effects, and the distant hills have snow on them..

Today, this location has changed very little, apart from tree growth obscuring the view..
