The Epic Journey of the Jedi Carr'ot!

We were taught that Jedi's were the guardians of peace and justice. And at some point or another, we all heard stories about Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, Yoda and even Mace Windu. (Come on, I know you watched at least one of the movies!)
But very little is known of the epic story of Daucus Carr'ot.
The only carrot Jedi that ever fought Darth Vader himself and won! (Well, actually the Jedi Council report technically considered it a 'tie') but Carr'ot himself swore he won! So let's just honor his memory by believing him.
His life was brief but glorious, and Carr'ot was a Jedi who knew his destiny and was determined to leave this world only after giving us two important messages:
1) That evil cannot win!
2) That you should always eat your vegetables!
... unfortunately that last message ended up costing his life since Yoda was incidentally very fond of midnight snacks that involved carrot cakes....
