Rebels Imperial Troop Transport MOC

This is my review of the Rebels Imperial Troop Transport MOC by Rob van Leeuwen.

Total points = [87/100] πŸ‘

The first time I saw this MOC on Brickvault, I loved it 😍! Not even so much for its troop transporter, but more for the very detailed cargo version.

Yes, this MOC contains a standard version (312 steps), cargo conversion (+19 steps) as well as all the cargo parts (+56 steps).

The proportions are different from the original design; Rob’s MOC is more like a 'lowrider' version and this gives it a 😈 look & feel.

The shape has a beautiful usage of parts and fits 8 troopers inside as well as 6 troopers in the exterior pods.

If I had something to complain about, it would be the hull side panes. They are attached with technic pins, and they tend to rotate outwards (see 5th pic). I tried to change the 3L pins, but it did not resolve the issue πŸ˜ͺ.

Still, if you are not actually playing with the MOC, it should not be an issue πŸ‘. So go and check it out.
