A selection purchased from the Swannay brewery in Orkney.
Magnus Blonde: An extra pale, refreshingly hoppy, modern session ale. Named after the patron saint of Orkney.
Scapa Special: Three malts and five hops - from Britain, Germany and the US - make Scapa Special a classic pale ale.
Barrel Aged Orkney Porter: We put Orkney Porter into Arran Orkney Bere whisky casks and left them to mature in our old barns. Some seasons and many storms later, the aged beer is ready for us to savour. 10.5%
Sneaky Wee Orkney Stout: A dry hopped brown stout with a creamy tan head. Look out for smooth roasted malts, chocolate and liquorice on the palate. A perfect sneaky wee session stout.
Scapa Bere: This light amber beer gets it flavour and colour from the 100% Bere malt used. The Orkney-grown Bere adds a minerally, almost salty flavour. Bere (pronounced Bear) is an ancient strain of barley.
