This fab cape set is from Deadly Pixels, a Legacy item but can be worn on other bodies via alpha settings on your own body's hud. RPers may like it as it can be adapted to a lot of different scenarios; accessories will quickly change the mood. I decided to give myself a dark edge and added things like Static's Cosmic meat cube.
