Excelsior Thanksgiving Party
In partnership with the Orange County Register, Spanish-language weekly Excélsior hosted a free, open-to-the-public Pre-Thanksgiving Family Party Saturday morning from 10am to noon outside its Santa Ana headquarters.
Approximately 100 families joined in the festivities and received free Thanksgiving bags filled with canned vegetables, sauces, tortillas, chips and gift cards to Stater Bros. and Curacao to start their Thanksgiving meal. Sponsors and volunteers representing Wells Fargo, H&R Block, Curacao, the City of Santa Ana, Anaheim Marketplace and Spanish-language radio station La Ranchera were also on hand.
