For more than twenty years we have been collaborating with Umbria Jazz as technical partner.

This experience provided us with a natural sensibility to the sounds and melodies of its key musical style: Jazz.

Almost spontaneously, the idea to develop a new cable specifically for Jazz musicians and their sound grew at Reference Labs.

Today that project has been completed and the UJAZZ cable is its expression.

UJAZZ joins the line of the previous seven models already produced by Reference Laboratory. Each model has its unique identity and specific applications, since the first model was created in 1992, the RIC01, which represents to this day a sonic landmark for the market.

When taking into account the sound coming from a hollowbody or semi-hollobody guitar, we must consider the absolute importance of allowing both its souls to

be heard, in constant balance.

We believe this is the secret to obtaining a unique and unmistakable sound mix and this is the reason why we created the "UJazz cable".
