Millennium Falcon model from late 1970s.
This is an MPC plastic model kit that I put together in the early 1980s. I bought it at the now defunct Towers department store in New Minas, Nova Scotia. When I was 12, I really wanted this model. It came in a huge box, and cost a whopping $25-30 CDN at the time -- which was a lot of money for a 12 year old back then. In my later teens, I stored this and several other models away in the attic at my parent's house. This past weekend, I went into the attic looking for several different things, and found this. It's still in pretty good condition -- just needs to be fixed up a bit and cleaned.
