The large circle represents Bella Swan and the moon, the surrounding bronze rings, which are all doubled are the eyes of the vampires. A pair each for Edward, Carlisle, Esme, Alice & Emmett Cullen, Jasper & Rosalie Hale.
And the silver wolf of course is Jacob Black watching over Bella.
The bronze rings will darken over time, just like the vampires eyes but can be polished to brightness again.
