My dad collects hats that I like to steal ... err ... I mean borrow. I use the word "collect" very seriously -- he has several thousand. He used to have a special room for them in the house that I grew up in, but over the years they've ended up in plastic storage bins, stuffed under spare beds and stacked in corner closets. He claims that one day my sister and I will be able to retire with those old hats -- he has baseball caps from just about every team you can imagine, starting from six decades ago. This hat's one he brought home from a trip to Alaska last year. It's not something I'd necessarily wear out in public but certainly worth putting on in front of the lens. ;)
