sweater #40
this is probably the most unusual sweater i've made so far. special request from my friend Tyler in Seattle, who collaborated with me on the fighter-jet design he wanted, which i somehow managed to turn into a knitted pattern ( success seemed unlikely when i started working on it) Note the front pockets, which i think i'll start offering for future sweater orders..
got up at 3 to take this photo, sun's just coming up over the far mountains. I love June in Iceland..
BTW: i believe i'm supposed to appear on the seattle-based TV program Evening Magazine today (june 2nd), for those in that area who might be interested in seeing it.
two guys from the show were in Iceland in May, and spent nearly 4 hours with me shooting footage, i'm very curious (nervous) to see how it came out. they promised me it would be viewable online at some point, i'll provide a link when that happens.
