Citroen Ami 8
Ami is french for Friend, and it certainly looks like this car has had some volume of effort to keep it on the road. Bizarrely this is the 2nd I've seen on the roads this week.
The 8 version was the penultimate version of the Ami, and production continued as late as 1978, when it was finally replaced by the Visa.
