Top down tree removal
Since Hurricane Hermine blew through the night of Sep. 1-2 there has been a massive amount of this work going on to clear streets and repair all the downed lines and retore power. Hermine was a minimal category 1, but it's the strongest storm to hit Tallhassee's many trees since 1985. Over 80% of residents lost power and several thousand still don't have it back. This particular tree didn't look damaged to me. Maybe it showed signs of disease or insect damage.
