One of two bronze sculptures by Allan Houser on the campus of Florida State University, Tallahassee.
During the past couple years I've enjoyed looking a this abstract sculpture many times, from all sides, at different distances, in all kinds of weather (it looks great in the rain).
The floating view on the left shows the torus straight on, which I took standing 90 degrees to the left of the unaltered side view. In my floating version it took me quite a while, using Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, to remove the background and base.
