Good morning RDU! My name is Mallory, but you can call me Mal, and I’m excited to bojangle around Raleigh with the baton today. I grew up in Virginia and attended Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!!!). After a short layover in Arlington, VA (because that’s where all good Hokies go after graduation) I moved to Raleigh. I have been here for four years now and I couldn’t be happier living in the City of Oaks. I work from home (in Boylan Heights) for an IT company (located in DC), testing SUPER exciting (read: really boring) government websites. Most mornings, you’ll find me at Raleigh Crossfit. That’s right, I drink the Crossfit Kool-Aid and always ask for a second glass. I love Crossfit, but specifically RCF. The coaching staff is unmatched. They are well-trained and invested in the safety and success of their athletes. The RCF community is among the most welcoming and encouraging group of people you could ask for at a gym.
