HELP! Red lit sign... but it's yellow?

Question: The 'bioscoop' sign is lit in glowing deep red... well, in real life, but however I try to photograph it it stays yellow.... Does anybody know what I do wrong here? How can I photograph this that the sign is actually red on the photo? I tried the white balance ranges, different exposures and metering point but no success...
