USS Hoel DDG 13

Taken by me in fall 1970 from the USS Providence CLG-6 (1st Fleet) during the ROPEVAL 4-70 exercise 9/23-10/2/1970. This picture is likely taken just before she came alongside the starboard side of the USS Pyro AE-4 for replenishment USS Pyro and USS Hoel.
