I made this image on the day of the big Tsunami in Japan. We had spent much of the morning on higher ground due to the warnings along the coast. At sunset the beach was roped off, but the only thing we noticed was that the water was coming in much quicker than normal. The sunset actually wasn't looking very promising, and right at the end things shaped up nicely...

 

Although, I was happy to get this type of light, it was a very tragic day indeed... Thanks for looking.
