Oh, those baby avocados. The beginnings of the 2021 crop that won't be ready for eating until this time, 2022.

This tree was planted from a large, overripe Haas avocado that I chose to stick in the ground instead of toss in the trash. Six years in it began producing. It's had at least 20 medium-small, and delicious, fruit each year since.

 

Done
