Eight-spotted Skimmer (Libellula forensis) Male

I dragged myself out to the frog pond an hour ago and was stunned to see lots of dragons and no mosquitoes...I guess they don't call them "Mosquito Hawks" for nothing. Next time I need to take my teleconverter and tripod. More below.
