Whimsy Gnome Slouchy Dreadlock Tam

I crochet this hat without a pattern so it is unique and functional. It is in my gnome-style but there is extra room in the top so it creates a trendy slouchy effect. This hat will fit a 22-24" head perfectly and there is even enough room to stuff large amounts of your hair up into the point. For reference the model (me) has long thick dreads and has them stuffed into the hat. On a head without dreads or a lot of hair this hat will have a very slouchy look, but he hat will stand to a perfect point if positioned so.

 

I love making stuff like this! Colorful and whimsical and made from almost every color of handspun yarn I own. Handspun and hand dyed wool yarns, recycled Sari silk yarn, banana fiber, silk, hemp, organic cotton and bamboo yarns are many of the luscious natural fibers you will find in this perfect pointy hat.
