Different clay types

I whipped up three little faces in different types of clay just to get an idea of how different they are to work with and how they look when dried (or cured).

 

Darwi is very rough and rustic, perfect for my tree people, cold porcelain is very smooth and difficult for me to do fine details and polymer is very easy to do faces and hands with, but it almost can look too detailed for some of my sculptures. Any comments?
