Decorative Honeycomb-Motif Stitch

Last night, I embroidered a band to bind the edges of a reconstruction of the St. Birgitta's cap described in Dahl & Lester's article in Medieval Clothing & Textiles 4. Shall be piecing it from scraps of linen, and shall be cutting the halves of the cap soon.

Done
