Moon and Jupiter

Conjunction (close approach) of the almost full moon (waning/98.2% illumination) and Jupiter in the night sky over Sapporo, Japan.

 

Camera: Canon EOS 80D.

Lens: Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM.

Edited with GIMP. Composite of two images, one exposed at 1/800 s for the Moon, one at 1/250 s for Jupiter.
