The best way to empty my head of thoughts is to write them out... but some things even I do not want to read again. Today was one of those days. So I scribbled down what was bothering me and then wrote over the words so I couldn't decipher what I had written. As I was doing it I realized that the jumbled mess I was creating on the page was an excellent representation of what goes on in my head, a constant stream of thoughts that overlap each other in one confusing mess.
