'And to think that I saw it on J Street.'

 

On a street with so many old cars and throwback cars, it was amazing to see someone with a sense of throwback fashion. She even had the accessories matching her hat (something she was happy I had noticed when I complimented her on it). Enjoying the downtown area with friends.
