Keystone of Boston-front
From the 1940's (most likely 1947). A find on CL for a bargain price, my dream come true home, If it were life size, I would live there.. I drove an hour away to pick it up. It is in very good condition with a few minor issues. This house was loved and taken very good care of.
Chimney missing (building a new one), a few stairs on the curved stairway are missing and it is unattached. A few screws missing also.
The framing around the windows has lost it's paint but the metal windows are all there and work, open and close!!
Corner of roof is chipped.
Cleaned it up but still some worn spots and scratches that I will leave be.
Measures approx 2 feet high, 2 feet wide, 12 inches deep, perfect size. No ceilings on the second floor.
Renwal furniture may look pretty good in here. Tiny down stairs.
