Cookie helping me update the Case notes on my HP Mediasmart Server issue. I had a good discussion with HP Support today and they are sending me some software to recover the Server. I also learned that if you want to get to the right support queue you should call it a Mediavault to avoid confusing it with the Server queue. Note: The High Tech "reset tool" in the foreground.
