Rialto Bridge Venice

Memorable view of the Rialto Bridge. We've been to Venice several times and this last trip finally decided to take a gondola ride. This is my favourite recollection of both.

 

Taken on 23rd January 2008 and loaded mid-August that year. I've just spent another month in Venice - trip number 4 - as many of my flickr friends know.

Over 6,000 views! Funny. I've been to Venice twice since the trip this photo was taken on, spending roughly another six weeks in this glorious place. I'm thinking trip number six is on the horizon. Pity it's soo expensive from Sydney! ============
