Muscle #14: '65 Mustang (The lady of the Lake)
One good thing about traveling within US during summer is that, if you are a "petrolhead", you will encounter a ton of classics as most owners are using them even like daily cars because of the good weather. On my way to the Finger Lakes region, I made a stop outside Lake George. I was looking for a not so crowded restaurant to grab something to eat, so that german cuisine place away from Lake George's downtown area seemed ideal. And as I was pulling in to the parking lot, with Armin Van Buuren's "Unforgivable" playing in the car stereo, I saw this beauty parked on the lawn. It was a 1965 Mustang 2D Hardtop and the funny thing is that on that song's official video, the woman is driving a similar Mustang!

As I was walking around her I noticed a "289" sticker on the side of the car which means that under the hood there was a 4,7L (289cu inches) small block V8 producing 195HP. Nowadays this number seems very low but back then it was a well respected power train. Happy new month and stay safe y'all!
PS: a few lines above I pasted the link from the original video of this song, showing Jaren driving a Mustang, however, this is what I was listening:
Armin van Buuren - Unforgivable feat. Jaren (First State Smooth Mix)
