Mutron Octave Divider
I was talking to someone recently about the Foxx Tone Machine in 'That Lady' by The Isley Brothers and we started talking about octave dividers in the context of how they sound with fuzz boxes. I mentioned this one that I've had for decades (BTW, it was already pretty much this beat-up when I got it), but I hadn't been able to find it since we moved to Florida. I happened across it last night in my storeroom and decided to snap a photo of it for reference. So here ya go. The top knob is "Mix" BTW. Sorry that label isn't visible.
