Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva spent the long Memorial Day Weekend promoting her proposed Assembly Bill 1453, which will direct the Department of Veterans Affairs to apply to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs State Cemetery Grant Program for the construction of a Southern California Veterans Cemetery in Orange County.
