M821 CLW - 1995 Rover Mini Cabriolet

There were plenty of Minis at Gaydon but they don't really interest me. This is an exception though, an example of the very rare factory-built cabriolet. German converter Lamm had produced a Mini cabriolet in 1991, of which 75 came to the UK and quickly sold out, and this inspired Rover to make their own official version in 1993. Just 300 of these are said to have been built, initially available only in Nightfire Red or Caribbean Blue with the later addition of British Racing Green. The bodykit and alloy wheels are factory fitted.
